Dr. Qurat is a graduate of Dow Medical College Karachi. She did her Fellowship (FCPS) in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2005 from The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). She has completed MCPS in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2004. She has done MRCOG-1 from Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists. She has also done diploma in Diagnostic Sonology & Ultrasound imaging in Obs & Gynae.

At present she is working as Consultant Gynecologist & Infertility Specialist at Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center Karachi, also she is working as Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Liaqat National Hospital & Medical College, Postgraduate Centre Karachi.

She has previously worked as Consultant gynecologist in various hospitals. She was a senior registrar at Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College, Postgraduate Centre Karachi. She was involved as a facilitator in skills lab at LNH where she prepared teaching & training gynecological & obstetrical maneuvers and drills to doctors, students preparing for PLAB exams, MRCOG etc.

She is a member of American Institute of Ultrasonography in medicine (MAIUM), also member of Society of Obstetrics & Gynecology Pakistan. Her special interests are feto-maternal medicine & in vitro fertilization treatment.
